ABOUT

ALL INN HOTEL EAST COLFAX

Built in 1959, the property that is now The All Inn Hotel has long been part of the story of East Colfax. Once home to the Fountain Inn and later the legendary Rockbar, the building has seen decades of music, late nights, and neighborhood lore. Today, the historic motor hotel is being reimagined for a new era. We’ve kept the bones and the spirit of the place, preserving its mid-century character while layering in thoughtful design and new energy. The result is a 54-room boutique hotel anchored by a restaurant, an all-day lobby lounge and bar, and gathering spaces designed to bring people together. From morning coffee to late-night cocktails, the experience moves effortlessly from day to night. Rooted in the energy of Colfax, The All Inn Hotel is a place to arrive, settle in, and stay awhile.

Let’s go All Inn.

The Story

The name All Inn reflects both the history of the building and the philosophy behind the project. It represents a commitment to going all in on restoring a historic property, investing in the neighborhood, and creating a hotel that feels welcoming, thoughtful, and full of character.

The name also carries a sense of generosity—a place where guests are invited to settle in, linger a little longer, and experience Denver in a way that feels personal rather than transactional.

sustainability

The restoration of the All Inn Hotel was guided by a commitment to preserving the past while operating responsibly for the future. Rather than demolishing the historic 1959 motor hotel, the project focused on adaptive reuse—restoring the existing structure while upgrading building systems to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact. Energy-efficient heat pumps, low-flow plumbing fixtures, high-performance windows, LED lighting, and improved insulation were incorporated throughout the renovation, helping the hotel operate more sustainably while maintaining the character of the original building. This approach reflects a belief that historic preservation and environmental responsibility go hand in hand.
