An ADA-optional queen room with a transfer shower, widened clearances and the same mid-century comforts.
The Signature Queen is designed for comfort, ease and thoughtful function, without giving up any of the character that makes The All Inn feel like The All Inn. Widened clearances, a transfer shower with a folding bench and carefully placed amenities sit alongside the same mid-century details, layered textures and curated furnishings you’ll find in every room.
The building opened on East Colfax in 1959 as The Fountain Inn, and each floor still has its own color story: Rosewood, Sagebrush or Robin’s Egg, a nod to the days when the motor hotel assigned floors by hue.

Our top-of-the-line beds feature Serta Beautyrest Mattresses dressed in crisp Boston Fine Linens, hypo-allergenic pillows and duvets, and finished with Pendleton throws for an extra layer of comfort.
Bathrooms are clad in Zia hand-glazed artisanal tile and appointed with stonework vanities and walk-in showers. Plush cotton robes and Public Goods bath amenities round out a space designed to feel relaxed, tactile, and easy.
Our rooms feature mirrored chrome lighting, walnut dressers, cozy armchairs, and a marble-topped side table that can double as a spot to open a laptop when needed. A locally curated minibar tray rounds out the space, designed for both comfort and ease.
The Signature Queen is designed for guests who want an accessible hotel room in Denver without giving up style or comfort. Widened clearances, a transfer shower with folding bench, and thoughtfully placed amenities support ease of movement, while the room still reflects the restored 1959 character and residential feel that define All Inn Hotel. It is a strong choice for solo travelers, couples, and caregivers looking for an East Colfax stay with accessible design.
