Shared plates, generous pours and natural wine. Dinner nightly from 5 PM at The All Inn Hotel.
FiNO is inspired by the coastal Mediterranean – places where afternoons slip into evenings and gathering before dinner is a ritual – FiNO is built around shared plates and generous pours. What starts as a drink and a few bites unfolds naturally into something longer, louder, and more communal. The experience is relaxed but intentional, with food and drink moving together to support conversation, connection, and conviviality.
Dinner at FiNO moves like an evening on the coast: order a few things, then a few more. Think anchovy toast with herbed tonnato on GetRight’s country bread, house-marinated olives with citrus and thyme, charred cabbage with brown butter and fried capers, and Vodka O’s, our grown-up take on pasta rings with little meatballs. Desserts come from our friends at GetRight’s.
The menu changes as we go, so ask your server what’s new. Walk-ins are always welcome, and reservations are encouraged.
Our wine list leans natural, organic and biodynamic, with small independent producers, coastal European bottles and plenty of chilled reds and lambrusco. Every wine by the glass also comes as a half-glass, so you can taste your way down the list.
Behind the bar, the cocktail program runs zero-waste, using every part of the lemon and then some. You’ll find spritzes, freezer-poured martinis like the Dirty FiNO with fino sherry, dessert cocktails and a handful of thoughtful zero-proof options. It’s one of the easiest places on Colfax to settle in for one more round.
Somewhere between a corner café and a cocktail bar. Our lobby café pours Little Owl coffee from 7:30 in the morning, serves nostalgic Americana all day and runs Gold Hour from 3 to 5 PM. Open daily until 11 PM.
